MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNTS/REQUIREMENTS - Our Chef has designed these menus and priced each selection based on serving a minimum of 15 guests. Lesser numbers can be served, however prices and menu will be adjusted accordingly. Happy Holliday’s Catering has a Minimum delivery order amount of $100.00.

DELIVERY - Delivery Drop off charges will be applied to all deliveries based on distance and amount of product. We will deliver your meal within one hour of serving depending on our schedule. We provide complementary set up of your buffet at no charge. An additional charge may be incurred if our staff needs to return to your site for equipment pick up.

DEPOSITS/CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION - Events in excess of $500.00 require a 50% deposit upon menu confirmation. Balance is due prior to the day of event. Final guest count must be confirmed three days before event. Guest count may be increased up to 48 hours before event. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% charge to cover the investment.

PAYMENT TERMS - Happy Holliday’s Catering accepts personal or business check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Final payment or balance due no later than the date of event.

PACKAGING/SPECIAL PRESENTATION WARE - We use quality, disposable ware for standard packaging, including plates, bowls, plastic cutlery and napkins. Please inquire about high quality, disposable plate settings to complement more formal events. Upon request, we can provide chaffers and sternos for hot food. Serving utensils, elegant platters and bowls are also available at no additional charge. It is the customer's responsibility to return all equipment clean and undamaged within 48 hours of event, unless other arrangements have been made.

BEVERAGE SERVICE - Full service includes beer, wine, liquor, soda, lemons, limes & ice. Average cost is $25.00/person, depending on brand selection. Non-liquor service includes beer, wine & sodas averaging $15.00/person. One bartender per 50 guests is recommended. The bartender fee is $175 for a 5 hour minimum. Additional time billed at $17.50/half hour.

RENTALS - We can arrange to rent every item necessary to properly enhance your menu and table setting requirements. Estimated cost of this equipment, which may include china, flatware, stemware, tables, linens & chairs will sent under separate cover.

SERVICE STAFF - Happy Holliday’s can provide professional bartenders, servers, wait staff and clean-up crew. Four-hour minimum required per staff member. Additional labor hours are optional and will be billed by the hour.
